Privacy policy

HR Carriers (Chahal Associates Pty Ltd, ABN 84 690 769 423, 3/224 Trower Road, Wagaman NT 0810) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, the suburbs you are moving from and to, and any optional details such as a preferred date, access information and a description of what you are moving. If you call, text or message us, we also receive your phone number and what you tell us.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a price and carry out the job if you book us. We do not sell your information.

Who handles it

Quote forms are sent to us by email through EmailJS, a third-party email service. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a map from Google Maps, which may collect technical information such as your IP address under Google's own policies. If you contact us by WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text 0467 351 663, or email chahalassociatesnt@gmail.com, and we will deal with it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
