• Is the price confirmed before the job starts, and will you put it in a text or email?
• If you charge by the hour, when does the clock start and stop, and is travel time included?
• What happens if the job takes longer than expected?

About what's included

• Do you bring moving blankets, straps and a trolley for heavy items?
• Do you offer packing, or supply boxes and materials if I want to pack myself?
• Is there anything you can't move, such as hazardous or very heavy items?

About insurance and reviews

• Are you insured, and does your cover include my belongings during the move?
• Can I read reviews from past customers, for example on Google?
